I find a situation that had not occurred to me until now.

I have an application whose database is MYSQL. The other day something happened and some records were lost.

Now I have recovered the copy of the early morning in which step is lost and I have to recover some records of two tables of the backup.

What I have recovered is the contents of the DATA folder of MYSQL but now I do not know how to add this copy with another name in order to extract the missing data.

Thanks to the friend Track3r I have solved it in this way.

The copy of the MYSQL is innodb system and what I have done has been to take the copy to another server, I have added it and once added and visible I have removed the data that I was missing with a dump and finally I have recovered them in the good database.
