Help adb: CreateFileW 'nul' failed: The system can not find the specified file. (two)

Dear, I need your help.

Install Android Studio 3.0.1 in windows 10 and it turns out that I can not launch any emulator, even though you create them, they are not displayed and I get the following error:

10:10 * daemon not running; starting now at tcp: 5037

10:10 adb: CreateFileW 'nul' failed: The system can not find the specified file. (2)

10:10 * failed to start daemon

10:10 error: can not connect to daemon

10:10 'C: \ Users \ myUsername \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ Sdk \ platform-tools \ adb.exe start-server' failed - run manually if necessary

I have verified that the adb is not running and that other processes also listen to port 5037 as indicated by other users. The strange thing is adb: CreateFileW 'nul' failed:

Does anyone have any ideas? I've been trying to solve the problem for 2 days

You are missing a file called adb that is in the folder

C: \ Users \ (Your user) \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ Sdk \ platform-tools

To fix it download the plataform-tools folder and replace it in that link or if you have the android studio installed in another computer copy that folder in the computer you need it.
