Display CSV file in IE11

Good, I use Windows 7 IE11. It turns out that to open a CSV file always I download it when I really want it to be displayed in the browser itself. How can I solve it?

I would download it and open it with a NotePad ++ type editor. But if what you want is to visualize it in the browser I understand that you should download it and assign IExplorer as the default program (Open with)
