The problem may be that you chose a language not installed in the language drop-down menu in pma_lang. Try cleaning MySQL cookies, mainly those that start with PMA, then you can reset that parameter. Do not force the language again if you do not have it installed, and keep the language by default in the language drop-down menu.

In Google Chrome:
On the browser toolbar, click More More and, to
Then, More tools, and then Delete data from
navigation.
In the "Clear navigation data" box, click
the Cookies checkboxes and other site data and
Add-ons and Files and images stored in cache.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to delete. Choose the origin of the times to eliminate everything.
Click Clear browsing data.
In Firefox
Click on the Menu button and choose Preferences.
Select the Privacy and security panel and go to the History section.
In the drop-down menu, next to Firefox, choose the option Use a customized configuration for the histrial.
Click on Show Cookies .... The Cookies window will appear.
In the Search field type the name of the website whose cookies you want to delete. The cookies that match your search will be displayed.
Select the cookies from the list you want to delete and click Remove selected.
Click Close to exit the Cookies window. Close the about: preferences page.
