I have a problem with my apache (httpd) in archlinux since I build a series of files to be able to develop in my work environment and it only shows me text in htmlo and php. I really do not know if I will have problems with my modules within the server configuration.
You have to activate the php modules for Apache, configure Apache to read the .php and, of course, do not forget to install php: P
Do not forget either that to access php you have to enter through the browser: localhost / index.php (In your case, the names of the files you have given) or replace localhost with the corresponding IP.
