Not all packets are being received when pinging (Packet Tracer)

0

Some time ago I did not see the subject of CISCO (more than a year) and it occurred to me to practice subnetting with the packet tracer. I wanted to do a basic practice, trying to create two subnets using the IP address 192.168.16.0/24:

This is the network design that I have in packet tracer (only with 6 computers, 1 switch and 1 router):

Apparently, everything is in place, but when it comes to pinging from a computer from subnet 1 to another computer from subnet 2 in the command prompt, it appears to me that 1 packet was not received and that there was a 25% loss:

Now all the computers assign their ip's and masks. To the switches already assigned an IP in VLAN 1 by Command Line (or CLI), the routers also in each respective port assign them equal. Why would I have that 25% loss? and how can repair such thing?
