I have made changes to my front-page.php file to include MetaSlider but the site is not updated, it just shows a slider that I had programmed through jquery.
Also, try adding a new item to the menu and it is not displayed and then change the theme and only the cover page does not apply the new theme (it still retains the previous theme) the other pages if they applied the new theme but do not show the menu that you previously created.
I want to clarify that I do not use any cache plugin.
