When wanting to execute the command 

django-admin.py makemessages -l en

I find myself using:

Windows 7 64 Bit ,

Python 3.4

Actually my goal was to document this "error" so that someone else can install the program in Windows, since in Linux it is done by command. What needs to be installed is known as gettext .

So I leave a URL where you can install this compiled program for Windows and in its version higher than 15.
