In Xampp I use port 8080 and 4433 as an alternative. When I try to enter data to the database from the mobile itself that use wifi connection, with the local IP I have no problems and the insert is correct, so I think the php and mysql documents are correct. When I do the same but with a different mobile, with another connection, of course, I can not insert the data successfully, my connection is rejected by the website.
