I come to present you an interesting topic to deal with you, it turns out that I installed Oracle Database 11g Release 2 in Ubuntu 14.04 that cost me a lot but apparently I did it. But I ran into a problem when I wanted to connect to the sqlplus with the SYS user as SYSDBA I missed the following error:

Error ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact

Please, if someone could help me with this, I'd appreciate it!

this was the mistake he gave me during the installation that were like 6 times the same mistake I gave him in the next one thinking that he could solve it later but until now I do not get it

Once I got that error and it was that the OS version was not certified for the version of Oracle, most likely missing libraries or that are different to what Oracle wait (New or older). I would prefer to go for a version of Oracle linux, I think 6.5 is the right one for 11g. Same for your link in the image mentioned Ubuntu 12.04 Equal tries to install that version.
