This error occurs to me after specifying the option to encrypt parameters using SessionKey.
I did several Rebuild as mentioned in SAC # 38176 but it had no effect.
Can you think of any other work around?

I already solved it.
The problem occurs only in webcomponents generated by some patterns. Since I did not use them, I eliminated them and now I was able to do the buildall without problems.
