WooCommerce Checkout of evanto Plugin

I have acquired a plugin of Evanto , to add select fields to my wordpress theme in the checkout. Now I face several problems:

  • I can not access the technical support of the plugin because I do not receive the email confirmation email.

  • I do not know how to correctly configure the plugin, since I do not see the fields that I include or appear in the invoices or in the orders.

    In the end I have not found a solution, ... it may be a mistake of the subject that does not take well the fields or plugin or something else .. in any case I have chosen to return the plugin since the operation was not correct and technical support has not been very helpful either.
