Interface on Android

It's been a while since I've been developing on Android and consulting several tutorials I do not see a solution to my problem. It turns out that I need an interface with several tabs, which could be done with a TabLayout and its Fragments , but each Fragment would have a different content, I have seen several tutorials but in most of them it relates to a RecyclerView so you can scroll (which did not leave me in any of them).

Any ideas?
