Upload files with Android php and mysql, multiple parameters in HttpURLConnection?

Hello everyone I am learning to use Android Studio download a project from git the project works perfectly and included some contributions such as saving the file that is uploaded to the database; I now try to put the description of the document to be loaded.

This function receives the path of the file to be loaded:

In this part I think that the name is assigned to the parameter to be sent and in this way Php collects it:

What I need help with is sending a second parameter, something like:   connection.setRequestProperty ("second_parameter", its value);

The error is that my second_parameter is not received by Php
