A few weeks ago I installed VS2012, but since I do not need it anymore, I want to uninstall it and install VS2015, but I can not, nor uninstall VS2012 nor install VS2015. I get the following error:

Give the hard drive one pass with chkdsk /f from the Command Prompt and if it still does not work, try chkdsk /r it is likely that your hard drive will go through damaged sectors where the VisualStudio installer is located. More information at link
Check out uninstall vs 2012 . They indicate the automatic way and another one by line of comados that could work to you.
