This error gives me when importing a database from phpMyAdmin.

Remove everything that is not SQL statements as the partner has said the html tags are not recognized by the database engine.
I do not know what you're importing, but the code is html for more than the extension is .sql (you have an img tag with class)

The error is on line 1, so the file starts from a bad, the problem you have is that what you want to import does not respond to SQL syntax (bone is not an SQL).
Look if the first lines are contaminated with HTML, maybe for some reason the querys are lower, if so, delete all the HTML that there is and try, but I play the whole file is in HTML.
Can you tell me why you want to import this BD and where did you get the files to see if I can give you a better help?
