I'm having trouble accessing mysql through phpmyadmin. I had never had problems, but out of nowhere when I try to connect I jump the following error:
#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. <br />El servidor no está respondiendo (o el zócalo local al servidor MySQL no está configurado correctamente).

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? Because I've been searching and the solutions I found like erasing the ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 , or changing port 3306 for someone else did not work.
