Visual Studio does not allow to create DataSet in App_Data Folder

Dear, I need to create a DataSet for my application in the App_Data folder, but when adding the element does not appear the possibility to create DataSet, instead if I perform the same operation in another folder if the option appears.

Why is this happening?

What would be the solution or how to compensate?

Exactly, it does not allow you since the use of the App_Data folder is to put an integrated database or data storage files such as XML and text files.

You should create it in another directory or in the root of the project and everything will be 10.
