Shortcut to create parent container in HTML. Sublime Text3

In this video: The Best Keyboard Shortcuts for Sublime Text. 6:38 PM

It is indicated that to create a parent container to an element (or several) in HTML can be done using the shortcut "ctrl + shift + g". But in my case it does not work and neither do I find how to manually configure this shortcut.
Does anyone know another way to do it or how to add it correctly to user settings ??
