Domains made with IP? [closed]

Introduction

Recently, I came across a page that did not have a common domain, was similar to an IP and did not have any .com or any common ending. The address is this .

http://85.152.37.8/recursos/mujeres/archivos/sigloxix/avances_cientificos_del_siglo_xix.htm

As you can see, it has an 85.152.37.8 index and this is what intrigues me.

Already try to find in your .html any label that tells me who is the creator or some useful data, but there is nothing; apparently it's a very basic structure, full of <p> and other basic tags of html .

Question

What is this domain?

How can I make or acquire one like this? (at least as they are called to find how to do one, then post the procedure here)

IP and domain are completely different things, and in your case the interesting data is the definition of a URI, in which protocol ("http: //"), host in the form of IP (v4: "127.0. 0.1 "or v6:" :: 1 ") or domain (in subdomain.domain.tld format as" ras.nte.to ") followed by a separate path by" /".

Examples:

http://ras.nte.to/camino/a/la/confusion
rtmp://127.0.0.1/ruta/video/tutorial.flv
https://[::1]/ipv6/test/doc.pdf

The fact that in an IPv4 the 4 bytes are separated by points does not a domain.

In Domain Name System everything that the basic user needs to know is explained in an acceptable way.

It is the ip of the domain itself, each domain has its own ip, but is transformed into letters to make it easier for us to find and remember the pages.

If we remove the host from that ip, it would look something like this: cm-staticIP-85-152-37-8.telecable.es

Page to convert the host to ip and vice versa: link
