Problems sending / receiving emails abroad Is it a domain or network problem? [closed]

-1

I am the administrator of a domain (www.mydomain.com) that is hosted in a Spanish hosting. The fact is that one of the clients that uses the email [email protected] could not send an email from a city in Canada. Neither mail nor email did work through Outlook.

The client did not receive any error message, simply the emails were not sent or received.

Finally he had to use the web version of mail. The fact is that he asks me for a detailed answer. I, on the other hand, asked the technical service of the domain but his answer was:

It must be a network problem. We have no restrictions in any country

What explanation does this have?

The answer that the technical service gave you is the correct one. What you can answer to the client would be:

"Dear Customer

We request the review of your case to the technical service and our service remained active in a normal way.

  • Please remember to keep all the patches on your S.O.

  • up to date
  • Updating the APP of your cell phone with the latest versions

  • Check your connectivity with your internet provider.

Greetings
