display site in IIS without configuring hosts file

-1

I have an IIS application configured in a local network to deploy a .net site, but to each computer in the network I have to configure the hosts file to visualize the site, how can I do it so that I do not have to configure the hosts file and I can directly access my site, if I place my ip, it only shows me the IIS logo but it does not show my site.

In the links link of the right menu of the IIS, a window opens where it asks for a host name and I placed a route www.contoso.com and there should go the ip to not have to configure the hosts file in each pc , so in this way only with the address you can enter the site without having to make the configuration in each site.
