You must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer running Expo XDE, since this is a server mode.
If you want to test your app outside the Wi-Fi network, you must configure Expo XDE as a Tunnel instead of Lan or Localhost
Once you make this change, click Restart and send it back to the device or open it with QR code from the App on your device.
