How to recover form in netbeans 8.2?

It turns out that I was working on a Java project in the IDE netbeans 8.2, my PC is a bit bad .... and at times, being forced for too long or a long time it freezes and you have to turn it off, then I gave it to save while I was working on a form and I click and the pc that freezes ... do not alter me because it is not something that I miss the freeze then turn it off, now ... when I restart it after a while and abri netbeans .... the form I was working on was completely empty, and the graphical interface part says "The form could not be opened" and it was a form that had around ... 2000 programmed lines, subtracting everything that adds netbeans ... please, does anyone know how to recover it?

"SOLVED" Well in the end if I could fix the problem in some way .... when I opened the form it appears that the xml does not find it and in short, error, then to give ok to that message I sent to source, I mean the code of the form, where there was absolutely nothing, only a single line as if they had given hundreds or thousands of times to the space key, then we found three buttons that we always see but the third one of "History" we almost never used it, so I went to I was hoping to find something that could give me back my hopes, and indeed ... I WAS THE CODE of the previous saved !! not the graphical interface, BUT IT WAS THE CODE.! that was the most important, luckily I had backup copies of about five days ago, they did not have the current job but if they had the graphical interface so I had to rename everything and then put the corresponding codes in the events of each control , total that after about five hours it was like before it was ruined.

It is not a definitive solution, but the fact of recovering at least the code of the form you are working on encourages it a lot because in the end the interface is just controls and several clicks on properties.
