How do I create a directory with #?

-2

on the official website of ubuntu, there is a very curious thing, and it is, this url www.ubuntu.com/#download

When you go to this link you will see the download options that are on the ubuntu menu bar, and when you go to www.ubuntu.com/download, it is the same but without the popup, it is a dynamic page.

I would like to insert this on my website, and I do not know what it is or how I can report it.

Thanks

What you are looking at is a bookmark created using an HMTL link. These links are usually used when the page is very long and allow you to "jump" to a specific part (identified by using the "#") within the same page, for example:

<a href="#S2">Ir a la Sección 2</a>

And Section 2 (on the same page) would be identified this way:

<h2 id="S2">Sección 2</h2>
