PostgreSQL porblema con clusters man pg_createcluster

It is not a definitive answer but because I do not have the necessary reputation I can not comment. I would suggest that you verify that the PostgreSQL service finds the route where the cluster is usually installed by default (it may vary depending on the platform but it is usually / var / lib / postgresql / XX / main).
