Why when I want to ping from one computer to another in packet tracer tells me that they have been lost?

I was doing this subnet of this network topology and in theory if I'm wrong I'm already ready to pass it to Packet tracer, but when I pass it, it does not ping me with all the machines that are in that topology and I do not know if I I may have made a mistake when taking out the subnet.

Have you done the following steps after sub-loading?

  • Assign the ips to pc
  • Assign the network ip (gateway) to the corresponding interface of the network router
  • Assign the serial ports ip between each router and turn on the ports
  • Choose a routing protocol (Static, dynamic: rip, ospf) so that there can be communication between subnets
