Fail to create a database from Visual Basic 2015

Good morning,

Compañeros requested your collaboration informing me of the possible solution to the following error that appears in Visual Basic 2015 when I try to create a local database from VB2015:

I am following the steps on the following page: link

But I do not step from step 4 of "Creating a new SQL Server database", I appreciate your collaboration.

Good night,

The solution was as simple as placing the name of the database equal to the name of the project, I do not know if it was the right thing but it worked for me and I was able to add the database.
