How to fix Command + R in Virtual Box?

0

I'm using Virtual Box running Windows 7 at iMac 10.11.6 and I'm trying to open "RUN" with Command + R but every time Command + R happened to the keyboard the VM would shut down and turn on, that fixed it when I went to INPUT > Keyboard Settings > and delete the command that was turning off the computer every time I wrote Command + R. Now it does not do anything but I want to know I can open RUN doing Command + R , CTRL + Z or C works fine. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

I solved it by assigning the Command Execute a Shortcut, but within the Operating System, as follows:

  • First we reassign the Host key or 'Host' to a different key than Right CTRL, it can be anything but ALT and CTRL.
  • In Search we type ' Run '
  • Right click and from the pop-up menu we select ' Open File Location '.
  • Once the file location is open, we right click and choose Properties .
  • You assign a default Letter . Shortcuts use CTRL + ALT + (SELECT KEY)
