I try to add to a new project in Visual Studio 2017 a reference to the Web Service of Immediate Information Supply (SII) of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) with the test environment URL.

From the solution explorer, I select the project, contextual menu add service reference, address " link "

Respond to the following error:

  

There was an error downloading ' link $ metadata'.

If I try with the advanced options, add a web reference, I request the certificate from the FNMT, I accept, and it returns the same error.

I was taking the address of the EndPoint as a service url.

The correct url (for version V.06 in tests) of the web service is as follows:
