One of the best tools for comparison between Databases and that I have been using for some time is the Red Gate tools, both SQL Data compare and SQL compare one for make comparisons of data and the other to make comparisons of structure, the only bad thing is that it is a paid tool but you can download the full version and use it for 30 days without restrictions, I leave you the link of the tools.
