I need help

I have a question page, but there are different blocks of questions, and on another page I have all the answers to those questions. My intention is that when I select a block of questions when I go to the other page, I also place myself in the exact place of the answers of that block of questions.

Try to identify the area where you want to position, the common thing would be that you assign an identifier to that area, for example: 

href="pagina#dirigir_aqui"

On the new page you should have something like this:
