error 500.19 IIS 7.5

I have a development developed in .net mvc 5 with framework 4.6.1, I'm doing a local server IIS 7.5 windows 7 to work in a local network, and configure it and when I add my files to deploy my application in .net I get error 500.19, but when I add html files I have no problems showing them:

In your Application Pool, within IIS, verify that the "Managed Pipeline Mode" option (or its equivalent in Spanish), is configured as "Integrated", more or less as seen in the image.

Similarly, I see that your configuration file is on the desktop. Try moving your development to the folder c: \ inetpub \ wwwroot, since it has the necessary permissions.
