Visual Studio 2015 deletes my files at the time of saving [closed]

I am working on a web page in visual studio 2015 and when I saved an example file an html file deletes it from the project and does not appear in the solution explorer and if I create a file with the same name again I reappear it

  

Does that happen only when I save and delete it from the solution explorer that may be happening?
