Good morning. I was wondering if it would be possible to align the partitions using a batch or powershell script in Windows 7 and up. I know there is third party software that does it but it would be possible to do it by means of a script?
I guess it would take time.
I do not know if it would be feasible, but the procedure I think could be the following:
- See if there is enough space on the current disk or an external disk to make a temporary copy of the contents of the partitions to be aligned.
- put the content of the system partition in C: just in case and delete the system partition (the 100MB partition)
- make a copy of the contents of the partitions.
- Delete partitions by saving the previous configuration of each uan to create them afterwards.
- Create the partitions and align them properly.
- Re-copy the contents of the partitions and copy the contents of "system" back into the partition if desired.
Would it be something like that possible? Is there something similar?
