It is very likely that in the boot order of the disks you will have the optical disk first and each time the virtual machine starts, reload the installation CD.
Select the virtual machine in which you installed windows, click configuration and look in the System tab for the boot order . hard drive to the first position; -)
Settings > System > Motherboard > Start Order.
