Problem with local web in chrome on windows 10

I have a website within my network, which is an application and brings a screensaver or presentation designed in Flash , which is executed after 1 minute without any movement. I call it by an alias like paginita or% ip 130.20.10.50 , although in the 4 teams where you work with it, when logging into the system, program that the chrome will be executed with the% modifier --kiosk , and the web is full screen, it works correctly. The problem arises with Windows 10 , I had to change forced these teams and I do not give with the solution. Each time the screen saver or presentation appears, the screen goes black because the chrome detects the flash as unsafe. Of course I can manually allow, by clicking on the "!" where it says No insurance, but this change is temporary, and I need it to be configured like this permanently ... that is, that the ip 130.20.10.50 remains as a secure site and that it allows to visualize the flash . I have done a lot of tests, but none of them turned out, just let me see the flash temporarily, which does not help me, since I do not have comfortable and permanent access to those teams.
