Problem with react-native run-android on Windows

Description of the problem:

You try to run a simple application in the Android emulator with the command react-native run-android

You get the error message shown in the following screenshot.

The errors that were shown to me were due to the fact that Internet dependencies were not downloaded correctly. The errors were solved once I configured the internet access correctly.
