Assign a local network ip to the web service stored in IIS? [on hold]

I have a WCF service stored in an Internet Information Services (IIS) Administrator.

I want to show my WCF service in my local network with an ip for example: 192.168.1.2:5010 and be able to see this service in the devices connected to that local network.

I have the following configuration but I can only see it on the same computer at localhost: 5010 and I can not see the service on the devices on the local network.

I assign the ip directly without using the dhcp in 192.168.1.2. But I have no way out
