I have the app published in closed alpha with 10 email accounts. I have tried to download the app in tester mode with different accounts and they all charge me for making the payment.
What am I doing wrong? At the beginning when I did not have the app uploaded to alpha, I was allowed to pay in test mode and they did not charge me.
