Error in user authorization URL in Connect

Dear, I am taking my first steps with Mercadopago.

According to the documentation of MercadoPago Connect , users need access to this URL: link , replacing client_id with my app_id.

The problem is that the server is not found and therefore can not be redirected to the user.

Could it be an error in the documentation?

The return URL also you have to modify, it would be the address where the user is addressed once the user agrees to give permission to your application. On that page you will return a code using GET
